Buddy Walk 2009!

What is the Buddy Walk? 
Answer:  
To commemorate National Down Syndrome Awareness Month and promote understanding and acceptance of individuals with Down syndrome, NDSS hosts more than 85 Buddy Walks across the country each October. Last year, over 45,000 people with Down syndrome, their families, friends, and supporters participated in this fun event. Anyone can be a buddy!

 Lopatcong Park located in Lopatcong Township, NJ
 

The Buddy Walk is scheduled for Saturday October 24, 2009 at Lopatcong Park in Lopatcong Township, NJ.  Registration is from 12 to 1 and the walk to follow at 1:30.  There will be live music, food, refreshments and children activities.
